What’s #RHMB?

Each month, the Rainbow Honey team curates a new mystery bag featuring 3 new nail lacquers, plus some extra Rainbow Honey love, designed and made by the Rainbow Honey Lab!

How do I sign up?

To subscribe, visit our Rainbow Honey Just Nails Mystery Bag page and click on “Subscribe & Save.”  Subscribe today and your subscription will start at the beginning of next month! Can’t wait that long and want to try this month’s mystery bag?  You can also purchase one now with our One Time Purchase option! (while supplies last).

What’s in the mystery bag?

An assortment of 3 full size brand new nail lacquers, shimmers and glitters, designed and handcrafted by the Rainbow Honey Lab; sneak peeks, unreleased samples of future collections, and limited edition colors designed and curated for the occasion. $15/mo. ($30-$45 value).

When will I be billed?

If you subscribed prior to January 15, 2017 #RHMB Monthly subscriptions are billed at the end of each month (28th-30th).  If you subscribed after 1/15/17, monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of the month.  Your first month is charged at the time of sign up for the following month’s mystery bag and each charge will occur monthly (or as per your chosen delivery frequency preference) on the first of every month going forward.  See billing charge example below:

When will I receive my first #RHMB Monthly Subscription?

The Rainbow Honey Mystery Bag is unique and different...each month, it features an assortment of handcrafted treats made to order! Your #RHMB Monthly Subscription will ship via USPS within the first 10 days of the month. Prior to shipping your order, you’ll receive an email notification including tracking information! You can expect to receive your #RHMB within 3-5 business days after it ships!

How do I manage my account?

Log into your Rainbow Honey account and click on manage subscriptions where you can edit your shipping address, update your payment information, change your monthly frequency, skip a month cancel your account, reactivate your account and view your billing and payment details.

I have a blog and I am interested in reviewing your products. How do I get on your list?

We appreciate your interest in reviewing our products! We looooove bloggers! To get on our list just complete this form!

How soon do you ship?

Generally orders ship within 2-3 days after your order is placed. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at support@rainbowhoney.com.

What is your shipping & return policy?

Our shipping and return policies are can be found here. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If something's not right, please contact us and we'll make it right!

Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO or FPO?

Yes, we can ship to a PO Box/APO/FPO. All orders ship via USPS and tracking is provided for all packages.

I received my order, but an item is incorrect /damaged or missing. How can this be resolved?

How embarrassing for us! Our apologies for the mishap! Please contact us at support@rainbowhoney.com with your order number and missing/damaged/incorrect item so that we may resolve it as soon as possible.

Can I use more than one promo code for my order?

Only 1 promo code can be used per order. Special promotions run until their expiration date.  Mystery Bag - Just Nails One-time purchase & Subscriptions are excluded from promotional discounts.

Payment Methods and Sales Tax

We accept all major credit cards, and debit cards for all purchases. The billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card. We charge Sales Tax for all New Jersey orders (excludes subscriptions).

How do I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@rainbowhoney.com for individual assistance.

How do I modify my account with Rainbow Honey?

Changes can be made to the following fields: Full Name, Email Address, phone number and Default address (billing address). Please contact us at support@rainbowhoney.com with the changes you need to make and we will assist you accordingly.

Are your products vegan?

Rainbow Honey products are vegan, never tested on animals, free of toxins (5-free) & U.S. made!

How do I join Rainbow Honey's Mailing List?

Simple! Just complete this form and you'll start receiving our emails regularly (we promise to splurge at least once per month!).

I live outside of the U.S. and Canada, do you ship international orders?

Rainbow Honey currently does not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. :(

RH Rewards FAQ’s

Do you offer a Rewards program?

At this time, due to compatibility issues with our new website, we are unable to continue to support our rewards program.  We are hard at work finding a viable alternative! :)  If you have any questions, please contact us at support@rainbowhoney.com
